Socialization of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System PST BPS Central Java Province (Internal)

On September 11 2023, the Central Java Province Central Statistics Agency (BPS) held a socialization regarding the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System which was held in the hall on the 5th floor of BPS Central Java Province at the Happy Monday event. This event was aimed at all internal BPS employees of Central Java Province, and was also attended by students who were doing internships from both the STIS Statistics Polytechnic and other universities in the city of Semarang. This socialization was delivered by an Intermediate Expert Statistics, namely Mr. Ir. Desmon Sinurat as Deputy Management Team for the Integrated Statistical Service Quality Management System (PST) BPS Central Java Province.

Implementation of a quality management system within the Central Java Province BPS environment, determining all related scopes of internal and external organizational issues, requirements of relevant interested parties, as well as organizational products and services through PST. The scope of implementation and certification of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management within BPS Central Java Province is public services in the following services:

Online library services,
Online statistical consultation services,
Online BPS product sales services (publications, micro data and digital maps of statistical work areas),
Online statistical activity recommendation service.

The hope of this socialization is that all employees receive sufficient information regarding the quality policies that have been determined and are able to improve, develop and provide innovation in providing their services, so that they can achieve the determined quality targets.
